Nazem Dabbagh, the Representative of Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq and Jalal Talibani’s advisor in Iran in talk with Birvara Press said: we condemn killing people for any reasons and excuses, therefore, for the matter of Iraqi journalist, a number of personifications and Nuri Al-Maleki use this as political aims of the elections; however this is not the first time an event results to killing people. That is why it is necessary to support the rules and judicature to know the accuracy of the accident. We also talked with related authorities not to consider this as political matter.

He also said: we like to ask all groups and superior Kurdish authorities do their best to come up with a solution for this problem instead of relying on neighboring countries and magnifying this matter, inasmuch as this the killing of the journalist was by accident not a terror.

At the end of this talk Nazem Dabbagh declared: we as the representative of Kurdistan region government of Iran in Tehran will describe this event accurately and truly for the authorities of Islamic Republic of Iran, if necessary, we will ask them to take a proper action to solve the problem.
