Masrour Barzani, prime minister of the Kurdistan Regin met with the Minister of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Khalid al-Falah in Davos on Wednesday evening.

PM Barzani and al-Falah stressed the need for developing bilateral relations, especially in the field of economy and investment between the Kurdistan Region and Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Investment minister pointed out that a delegation of Saudi investors and entrepreneurs will soon visit Iraq and the Kurdistan Region to discuss investment opportunities and enhance business relations.

The Kurdish prime minister highlighted the agenda of the KRG’s ninth cabinet which is centered around diversifying revenue sources, paying significannt attentions to the agriculture, industry and facilitating for domestic and foreign investors to invest in the Kurdistan across all sectors.
