The EU Ambassador commended President Nechirvan Barzani for his concerted efforts to ensuring the elections take place and for addressing challenges to the electoral process.

Erbil-Baghdad relations and the resolution of their issues were thoroughly discussed by both parties. The European Union’s Ambassador emphasized the significance of President Nechirvan Barzani’s recent visit to Baghdad, his meetings with senior Iraqi officials, and his dedication to resolving the outstanding matters.
