Nazam Dabbagh believed that Lake of protection for collapsing of Assad Regime was the cause of terrorist attack to Erbil. In his view, some groups like al_Qaeda and Islamic State of Iraq and Sham, after dominating some parts of Syria, are looking to make insecurity in the whole region and choose Erbil. They fought to security entities that their responsibilities are making the security and safety.

Mr. Dabbagh thought that successful presenting of parliament election and also satisfaction of most of the parties for its results cause enemies of Kurds looking for causing the riots and disturbances in the region. In his view Islamic state of Iraq and Sham is planning to destroy and damage sensitive location in Kurdistan Region.

Other factor has caused terrorist attacks were to help to the Kurdish refugees by Kurdistan Regional Government and lack of protection for collapsing Assad regime by this government.  In Mr. Dabbagh’s view, Islamic state of Iraq and Sham has established by some members of Al-Qaeda and former ba’as party and it is just looking for making insecurity by terrorist attacks.

Mr. Dabbagh in a response to a question said that fighting against security institutions specified the strong and powerful of those institutions and so these events are not the reason point toward their weakness. 

Mr. Dabbagh held the Mr. Masoud Barzani’s position about joining some young Kurds to Al_Qaeda and Al-Nosrah Front in Syria and evaluated this action as a threat for Kurdistan Region and whole region as well. He concluded that the activities aught to plane for confront of these threats overseas.
